The Questionnaire
On the basis of a respective briefing we draw up the questionnaire and, if neccessary, carry out appropriate pretests. We also like to measure up the questionnaire to our vast experience.

The Fieldwork
Equipped with our pen-computer-systems (CAPI) or with graphically well edited questionnaires (paper-pencil) and, if neccessary, with mobile phones for problem free communication, 1.500 interviewers do surveying for VALID RESEARCH.

The Call Center
The surveys by telephone are carried out from 60 computer-assisted work-stations (CATI) from our call center in Bielefeld/Germany.

International Co-operations
Since the beginning of the 90´s VALID RESEARCH is actine abroad. Today we have co-operations with partner-agencies in western and eastern Europe and also in the United States of America.
We co-ordinate international studies.

The Analysis
The professional employment of standard software and our own instruments, next to a vast experience helps to analyse the researched data.
