In the year 1986 Harald Blacha founded the "hbm marketing research". This single firm was transformed to the owner-managed "VALID RESEARCH - Marktforschung GmbH" to meet growing demands.

Already in 1986 the offices were situated in the noted Bielefeld "Leinemeister-Haus" - in the close vicinity of the main train station, the municipal hall, the main post office and the underground.

With increasing company size the firm "wandered" within the Leinemeister-Haus: we repeatedly needly more office space.

In the year 2001 VALID RESEARCH works with eleven steady employees, several free-lancers and the interviewers at 60 phone stations in the center on the sixth floor - over the roofs of Bielefeld.
